#08 marks the first ever edition of TESC's 'Earthvision' status, meaning any world country could be picked. There will also be a bidding phase to decide the host city. A new style logo to reflect TESC's change to 'Earthvision' status was released on the 8th August along with the new logo for the edition with the slogan "Free Yourself"
The Grand Final took place on 21st October 2018, with the points record being smashed once again, this time by the United Kingdom and Faceshvpping, with a whooping 279 Points. Not only did this take the contest back to where it all began, but it also remains the highest points total in TESC's history!
